Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original condition you received them: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect item. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return process, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photographic evidence (if applicable) of any defect or damage. Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Considerations:

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that do not meet the return conditions outlined above. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return:

Please contact us at info@kuryz.ca to initiate a return. If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back. Please note that items received without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the situation and work towards a resolution.

Exchanges:

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund once approved, and then place a new order for the item you need.

Refund Processing Time:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, you can expect a refund to be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
